We donate one tree to be planted in Denver for every home sold.

For each closing, Living Room Real Estate donates enough money for the The Park People to provide one tree to a resident in Denver. The Park People works to preserve, enhance, and advocate for Denver’s parks, recreation resources, open space and urban forest. The Denver Digs Trees program helps residents to cultivate greener, healthier, more vibrant communities.  This unique program provides Denver residents with free and low-cost trees for planting on both private and public property. Over the past ~30 years, this special program has provided more than 51,000 trees to Denver residents, helping to enhance quality of life in our community.  Trees shade and cool our homes, lower utility costs, beautify our neighborhoods, enhance property value, improve air and water quality, and much more!
