I helped them mentally prepare early in 2025 and stepped in after the tenants moved out, to prep the house—fresh green doors, staging, and a good clean made the house shine. We hit the market in mid-August, had over 50 showings in 41 days and closed in October. They trusted me and worked together with grace to sell the home in a professional way that paid off.
