Are you interested in learning more about ADUs – also known as Accessory dwelling units? These self-contained, smaller living spaces are an extension of existing property are exactly what Denver needs to help expand it’s housing opportunity. The city is making building ADUs very difficult instead of facilitating additional housing and density. There is hope! Right now we are in the midst of the political process to update the zoning code for ADUs. An incredibly smart, experienced, and articulate group of professionals on the ADU task force are working to rewrite the regulations.
