She was very patient in this process and made sure that we truly loved the property from head to toe. Once we were under contract, she was amazing in helping us with the inspection and other aspects of the closing process. All of this was over the holiday, in which we were traveling, and she handled so much for us while we were out of town.
From the selling perspective, this is where she strives. This is her absolute strong suit. From our first showing, she already had a complete plan in place. From our cleaning, to staging, to pictures, she was so organized and prepared. Where you are truly going to see a difference in using Taylor though is her marketing. Being very in touch with social media and ways to market a property, she had our home all over Denver in a few hours. I had friends sending me links and ads they came across asking if we were selling our place. We had two offers in hand within two days. Again, this was the holiday season, while we were traveling out of state, and with a 4 month old baby. She set up our appraisal and inspection within a few hours of accepting an offer. And handled all of the inspection resolution details and contractors and cleaners that were constantly in and out.
I can’t say enough kind things about Taylor and our experience with her. She’s also very relatable. I think my wife actually wants to be best friends with her, as she has said a few times “I miss Taylor”, as our time with her as our agent has ended.
