Kassidy Benson – Owner
Kassidy grew up in Cedaredge, a small, rural town in Colorado southeast of Grand Junction. She attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and moved to Denver in 2011. She started her career in social work, then moved into a position with a marketing and consulting firm, and accidentally found real estate, but has very purposefully pursued it since 2015.

Kassidy has sold over 200 homes in the Denver metro area. She loves older homes in Central Denver with secondary units that offer income potential. She lives on the East side of town just north of City Park Golf Course in Skyland. Kassidy has sold homes from down south in Parker to Fort Lupton in northern Colorado, all the way West into Evergreen to out east in Aurora. Homes ranging from $180K one-bedroom condo in Capitol Hill to a 1.2M stunner in Evergreen she has done it all. In 2020 she sold an eight-unit property in Capitol Hill for $1.9M.Kassidy is very focused on helping her clients find the PERFECT house that fits their lifestyle and is also a solid financial investment.
Michael grew up on a charming island off the coast of Georgia. He fell in love with real estate and classic architecture in school at the College of Charleston. After graduating from the University of Georgia he followed his passion for the outdoors to Aspen and moved to Denver in 2015 where he naturally dove straight into it’s hot Real Estate market.

Camille Sheppard – Associate Broker
Camille joins the Living Room Real Estate team as an associate broker assisting all buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Born into a real estate family, Camille learned the ropes early from her Realtor mother on the importance of providing an elevated set of standards for each client.
She moved to Denver in 2017 and bought her first home in LOHI shortly after. Having gone through the buying process herself, Camille understands the complexities of real estate transactions and is acutely aware of how to make the process smoother and easier for her clients.

Haley Paez is recent graduate from the University of Denver, she is excited to expand her learning into the realms of real estate. She finished her undergrad with Sum Cum Laude honors after receiving a 4.0 and graduating at the top of her class.
Throughout her time at DU, she was involved in many different sectors which included playing Division I Soccer, taking on leadership in the Alpha Phi sorority as executive administration, managing multiple social service clubs, writing for the school newspaper and growing a food-focused instagram account @milehighandhungry to close to 50K followers After meeting in person to discuss the ability to grow @livingroomden Instagram account, it was a seamless fit.
Haley can be found helping with marketing the brokers listing via social media and keeping the community updated on what Living Room Denver is doing. She looks forward to continuing to merge her marketing skills with the Real Estate world.
