After both of their daughters moved to Colorado, Sherry and Fred decided it was time to follow. We met last summer, made a plan, and after selling their home in New Rochelle, NY this Spring, they moved across the country and stayed in short-term housing while we searched. ⏳ Homes are taking longer to sell, with median days on market rising to 24 days, up from 18 in June.
