📊 DMAR has released the September 2025 Market Trends — and we’re seeing continued seasonal cooling, with inventory holding steady and homes taking longer to sell.
🏡 Median Close Price dipped slightly to $589,900, down 0.56% from August’s $593,250.
📉 Closed Sales fell to 3,366, a drop of 8.78% from 3,636 in August.
📉 Sales Volume declined to $2.34B, down 11.52% from $2.60B.
📈 Months of Inventory rose slightly to 3.89 months, up from 3.59 in August.
⏳ Median Days on Market jumped to 35 days, up from 30 days last month.
📈 Active Listings remained stable at 13,074, almost flat compared to August’s 13,059.
📈 New Listings increased to 4,968, up 6.18% from 4,686.
📉 Pending Sales dipped to 3,585, down 2.05% from 3,921.
