From Boston to Denver: A Smart Family Move for a PhD Chapter
Abhi moved to Denver for his PhD at Anschutz, and with help from his sister and brother-in-law, they decided to invest in a home instead of renting. Their Boston agent, Randy Horn, connected them with me, and we started planning remotely before touring homes together in Aurora. We found a great 3-bed, 3-bath, but after uncovering a better unit in the same neighborhood — quieter location, updated finishes, and cheaper — we switched gears, negotiated $10K in concessions, and closed on the same timeline. Abi is now settling into his new home with fresh paint scheduled over Thanksgiving!

We hit the market in mid-August, had over 50 showings in 41 days and closed in October. They trusted me and worked together with grace to sell the home in a professional way that paid off.
